AI in strategy and content workflows: what actually works
AI doesn't replace strategic judgement. It replaces the time spent getting to the point where judgement is possible. Where we use it, and where we deliberately don't.

The real gain sits upstream of creation
The public conversation about AI focuses on production: copy, images, video. In our experience the bigger gain is upstream — research, synthesis, and how many hypotheses you can test before deciding.
A category discourse analysis that used to take days now takes hours. That doesn't make strategy automatic; it makes strategy better informed.
Four points in the workflow where it matters
We don't apply AI indiscriminately. We use it where volume or repetition used to limit the quality of analysis.
- Research: gathering and organising market, category and audience signals
- Ideation: divergent hypothesis generation and concept stress-testing
- Content: message variations per channel, audience and format
- Delivery: faster production routines and documentation
Where we don't use it
We don't use AI to decide positioning, invent data, simulate the voices of real customers, or generate results that were never measured. Nor as a substitute for direct listening: interviewing the people who sell and who buy remains irreplaceable.
The internal rule is simple: if the output will be presented as fact, it needs a verifiable source.
What changes for the client
Pace changes, and density changes. More material analysed per euro invested, more options on the table before locking a direction, shorter review cycles.
What doesn't change is responsibility: the strategic choice is signed by people, with an argument and business context.
